Approach to formation of enogastronomic tourism based on the geographical indication system


 Changes in the tourism sector are reasons for development and implementation of adequate approaches to formation unique enogastronomic tourist routes, related use geographical indication system as a means individualizing subjects tourism. Currently, there counterfeit products labeled with well-known names regional objects. The significance indications becomes increasingly apparent terms intense competition between regions country on international market. objective research was develop theoretical methodological foundations, scientific practical recommendations creating approach routes based system. In research, we used comprehensive method- ological approach, application following methods: generalization systematization (to determine essentials indications); calculation analytical analyze conditions registration); process (for new routes); program-targeted algorithm tabular methods presentation material). We analyzed definition «ethnographic tourism», identified key problems registration Ukraine, proposing enogas- tronomic indications. our study, considered using European experience effective Ukrainian regions. is proposed, which allows combining national history culture, traditions preparing local dishes drinks, presenting them complex product certain region.
